So a chunky of duck in the Jalapeno wrapped with bacon and ? Yes Chris, I cut the jalapeños in half remove seeds. Fill half with cream cheese, then place slice of duck meat on top. Rap with have a piece of bacon secure with toothpick. Grill on medium heat till bacon looks done and they are done don't over cook the duck and watch out for tooth picks...
