Finally got a night to hunt.

85 degrees , winds all wrong .

Should have stayed at the shore and fished since I put boat back in .

BUT had to replace my phone that fell off the boat this morning .

YEP it's def been one of those days

Day isn't over so don't give up. You can't kill them from the boat or your livingroom.

This weather sucks but I hunted this AM and I'll be back at it tomorrow AM. Love being in the woods anyway!

I hear ya! Had one of those days myself. I was going to scout for the bear opener on Monday and blew a brake line on my truck, and spent 2 hours waiting for the tow truck and then still had to fix the line! But all done now and will try tomorrow morning.

Got to watch a few does, and two small bucks for an hour or so.

Got to relax and just be out without the daily grind. so def a good afternoon

He's here in Virginia too! I decided not to hunt my ladder stand and hunted out of a ground blind that I put in yesterday. My son hunted out of a ladder stand that we also put in yesterday. He could see my stand from his and of course, all of the deer came out right passed my stand including a big 8 pointer. It never fails.
