it was that or my son's new Yankee cap... It was already on the countertop working it's way closer to the garbage.  I had to use the nearest tools at my disposal.

Our crawl space and shed are covered in them.  I'm talking many hundreds and hundred of them.  When you open the shed doors it sounds like a herd of squirrels scurrying around in there from all the crickets bouncing around.

Looks close to pope and young but it lacks antenna length and one back leg is shorter than the other in the live picture.
