Both shotgun and muzzy hunters should have no issue being 100 yards from a bait site . And making clean effective harvests .

Only group being held back will be archery hunters .

The cub amendment is also ridiculous how it is worded. There’s no reason that verbiage needs to be in there, it is nothing but a word to stoke the antis and give this false idea cubs have been targeted by hunters in previous seasons. They could have just simply said you cannot harvest a ‘young bear’ in the presence of a sow and vice versa, something to that effect to emphasize it’s adult bears that need to be harvested out of the population.
