Wild turkey Tinga Taco’s

Legs and thighs simmered until the meat  was falling off the bone .

pulled and shredded , then simmered in a chipotle,tomatoe sauce..

fresh salsa, shredded cheddar..

Def a great use of the turkey legs .

 

Would also be a great in a burrito bowl .

Excellente! Used for taco meat... I might have to try that! Great use of legs...

I can't believe I used to toss them when I first started. I didn't know what I didn't know. The legs come out great when you slow cook 'em like that.

Here's another tip - put them in a smoker for an hour or two on low heat before slow cooking to add a smokey flavor to the meat! :cook:
