You dig one hole at the curb box. Disconnect at the curb and in the house. Send a 3/8ths cable through the old line. Connect the new copper or Polly to the back of the wedge in the house. As you pull from the road with a machine or truck it splits the old line and pulls the new line right through. What kind of line do your currently have? Copper poly or galvanized?

My policy has it I just increased to 25000 it was 10 I believe . was very cheap to increase. I also never knew about it until I talked to agent . I have Franklin Mutual .

Get a contract and specific scope of work. Lots of really good guys out there but if you are not exactly sure of what you are buying a change order could happen real quick.
