Good start to annual Cape trip.

I paid $327,000.00 in hyannis and today it's worth 550,000.00 in 4 years. I'm half mile from 2 beaches in Hyannis.  i'm here now and wouldn't give it up for anything.  Taxes here are 3100 and taxes in Cranford are 12,000.  But I can't leave the kids.

You’re up higher on the cape. Take a look at the mid cape. 

Dennis, Yarmouth, harwich, etc. once you hit Chatham the prices are nuts. Saw an “ ocean front compound “ in Chatham for a measly 19mil, the estimated annually ownership costs were 180,ooo a year!! 

I just saw a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath updated salt box in south Dennis for 375.

I’ll send you a pin drop of my favorite salt pond in Chatham. Phenomenal nighttime action on an outgoing. Caught some larger sized there in the past.
