Maybe try it with 1Blocker disabled and see if you can still reproduce the upload issue.  Something is generating that popup but I don't believe it is the site.

So I think the problem is if you dragged and dropped the MOV into the Editor where you enter text in a post/reply?  You need to drag is into the bottom of the editor where it says to Drag files here to attach OR you can use the "choose files" selector.  Seems like a bug with dragging and dropping INTO the text entry space of the Editor itself.  Pretty subtle difference, but that's what the bug is about I believe and you probably did it the "bad" way one time and the "good" way the other time, or it may just work despite the dialog popup that you got.
