Missing deer season

Been a little over a month since I tore my Achilles. Just been sitting around and missing anything hunting. Especially deer season. Ready for views like this again and velvet pics.

Feeling the same way. Missed most of 2021 season because I was in the hospital with pneumonia and then someone crashing into my truck. Just broke out my Tethrd saddle to look over as I didn’t even get to use it last year.

My wife broke her foot late Oct so my bow season was shot. With the cool weather today I was able to get out and do a little scouting to ease the withdrawl. Just got a TX5 Lonestar to add to my collection.

Don't frown about missing the season . Just be happy your getting better and have good health.

I miss it as well.

Last time I was out was October 29th, had no desire or very little desire to hunt after that date....I wonder why?😜😜😜

Missing it too.  Tagged out on 1/4 and went through withdrawal rest of January.  Postponing surgeries again this year in fear of them carrying on past Sept.  Best I can do is hobble back out in the woods today to shed hunt.  Been fishing more to pass the time, but that's like trying to cure anxiety with more anxiety

Oh, I get it. You mentioned a health issue. I thought you were saying it was keeping you from hunting.
