18 hour smoke

Picked up a 8 lb pork shoulder yesterday and took Chef @Haskell_Hunter's advice. Rubbed it with the new Everglades seasoning and smoked it in the electric smoker using cherry wood overnight. 

Literally stripped it apart with a fork even though the internal temp (212°) was a bit higher than what I was shooting for....

Easy to do and so inexpensive. 

Bought Hawaiian rolls and potatoe rolls for sandwiches  today and this week..

Electric??  Plugged into a tree??  Lol.  Tulip Poplar power!!??
