Neoprene Boot Repair

What repair/patch products has anyone used thats some what reliable for repairing a hole in neoprene knee boots ? Have a recent hole down almost to the last inside layer of cloth on the boot. I've looked at several different products online, but is it better to use some kind of patch for the inside or just fill/seam up the hole directly ? No experience with neoprene before, only rubber boots, so not sure what is better to use

I use Aquaseal. Trapping season wreaks havoc on my boots. Keep the unused portion in the freezer and take it out when you need it again

Aqua seal got me a few extra weeks on my waders .
