"Beef" & Broccoli (Venison) PICS

Wanted something different tonight so made this. Kinda an Asian "beef" and broccoli meal but with a backstrap instead. Very easy. In a bowl mix about 8 tablespoons of soy, few dashes of teriyaki, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons corn starch to thicken, couple minced up garlic cloves, few dashes of sesame oil, pepper, onion & garlic powder. Set aside.  In a skillet, add oil. Sauté a bunch of Broccoli for 7-8 min. Remove from pan. Add more oil, cook diced/cubed backstrap on med/high until done to your liking. Add the sauce, it will thicken kinda quick. Add the Broccoli. Top with sesame seeds, serve over white rice.
