Venison Garbage Bread

Browned the meat with onion and McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning. 
 

Roll out pizza dough of your choice. 
 

Put garlic and onion powder on the dough. Followed by a layer of cheddar cheese. Layer the meat, mushrooms, banana peppers and onion. 
 

Roll into a log. Sprinkle a little more cheddar cheese on top. 
 

Bake at 425 for 18 minutes. 
 

Dipping sauce is 1/2 cup ketchup + 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Add salt & pepper to your liking.

That looks good. I’ve made Venison sausage bread In the past also. I don’t have any sausage so ground meat it was.
