The 49ers quarterback sits during the National Anthem....totally disrespectful ....sets a bad example for any kids who may look up to him....Where's the NFL on this ??  I dont watch football but am still disgusted..... many schools no longer say the Pledge of Allegiance...next thing is the National anthem will no longer be played...I am sure many veterans would love to punch this guy right in his face....and hey looks like his current sponsors will stick with him.....someone list those sponsors so we can boycott them........

Back in the 70's I was just  about 11 or 12 years old......there was a local restaurant and the owner was a WWII vet......he would play the National Anthem every night during dinner and all would have to stand.....one night a lawyer decided he would not stand.....the owner threw him out of the restaurant.....the lawyer sued the restaurant and lost.....Yes I understand this football player  has the right to sit....but I dont agree with it....and would kick his ass.....

Unless you disagree with anything that the left says. Then the liberal media outlets will fry you and ruin your life. Do you really believe with all of the guys in the NFL that there isn't at least 1 guy that wants to speak out against this liberal, race baiting, ill informed, disrespectful sack of mediocre dog crap? I'm sure there is unfortunately anyone that speaks out will be crucified by the liberal media and the even more liberal sports world. The NFL is behind this guy but wouldn't think twice about suspending or expelling a conservative player who spoke out against his insensitive and disrespectful reteric. His career is going down the tubes so he is becoming a celebrity again through playing the role of a professional victim.

There was once a time when I was much younger I would agree the kid is a scumbag.. But nowadays, I wouldn't criticize anyone who went so far as to wipe their a$$ with the American flag.. I stand during the national anthem, but only because everyone else is standing and I'm not there where ever I am to make a political statement but rather enjoy the event i'm attending.. But I wont take my hat off, place my hand over my heart nor pledge allegiance... Reason?.. Because if this country ever needs to have another Civil war, And I'm almost positive it will have to come to that, I'm not sure if the right side will be carrying the current flag.. you know what i'm say'n?..

 

I'm a veteran.( turning Red ) . and I have no desire to "punch that guy in the face".. Todays politicians have made me embarrassed to have served..

I'm so sick of hearing about this tird who cares he's a one hit wonder 2nd string now his team and coach sucks does he have a right to stand or sit absolutely why even give him the fame he's receiving and I wholeheartedly agree with axiom our government has ruined the standard in this country for years.it's ashamed without no doubt but what are you gonna do serious?I'm a vet and I don't want my children serving at all you have got to be kidding me first off the government is so corrupt how could you even serve for a majority of the government hasn't even served in the boy scouts we haven't even had a legitimate war since ww2 we have proxy wars now and the last but most critical is THE PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY DON'T DESERVE SHIT
