Reconyx customer sevice

I purchased a MS8 camera from Reconyx in January of this year.

I used the camera all season. I was not happy with the performance of this camera.

I called up Reconyx and told them I was very disappointed with the camera.

They told me to send it back(11 months later) They gave me a full credit and sent me another camera.

Camera showed up today. Absolutely no worries when you deal with this company.

I plan on purchasing that brand. I had 3 Bushnells that were less than 2 years old crapped out this year. Very disappointed with them.

Thats all i use they are great and so is there customer service I have 2 that are 10 years old still work they take the c battery and a few smaller ones double a battery out in the woods since beginning of August average 1000 picture a week still on first set of battery that alone worth the extra money great company.

Best of the best - I'm sending 1 of mine back after the season- it doesn't read the battery life correctly. I out new batteries and watch it drop from 100% down to 3%.. but it takes photos fine.

It will cost me $10 to ship it there. They will fix and ship it back on their dime.

The camera is several seasons old.

Best customer service I've ever dealt with.
