nothing moving . I saw a buck accross the road after i git out at neighboors yard crusing his septic mound.

will be out this afternoon. Trying to decide btwn 2 stands. Thinking on rolling the dice on one closest to a bunch of rubs.

Well morning sit was the most attractive I've seen so far when the deer showed I started with a 7pt he milled around a bit then a 4pt walked in from their reactions to each other either they were gay or didn't know about this rut thing taking place.

Then single deer comes in waiting for someone to follow wound up being a spike after few minutes of him there I see movement in fence row here comes a basket 8pt he comes in sees the spike every hair on his body stood on end ears pinned back came in stiff legged and walking sideways hitting every tree he could. Spike backed down he saw that and his demeanor changed. Fun to watch.  Was had phone ready was hoping for a fight but no dice 

Will see what the afternoon brings

Got settled in around 2:30 rain finally stopped. Nice and dry in the blind.

All set in z17. Damp leaves made for super quiet entry

Had a young 8pt leading 3 does at 30yd. And tons of tree rats!

Oh the horror! Less than a mile away from  where I can hunt, saw at least 12 bucks today to and from work . Saw a real good one on property I can hunt, pretty excited until he turned his head and was missing a side. grrrr Turn them cameras off boyz and get out there
