Leaky Moen faucet question

When I had a problem with my Moen faucet, ( I lost the aerator tool)  I called them and they had me take a picture of it and they were able to tell me the model of it and they sent me a new one for free even though I told them it was my fault that I lost it. The second time I had a problem the supply line that is part of the faucet broke and they sent me a new faucet. As far as I am concerned Moen is a good company that has good customer support and stands behind their product.
