Bonefreak
Flip the switch on your WMA management letting farmers leave giant wastelands of barren, erosion blown, wildlife-void fields for 6 months of the year for profit leaving license buyers and all WMA wildlife just the drippings to scrape by on plant some nut trees, fruit trees, harvest timber, and if you must use farmers to generate funds then bring back 10% crop left for wildlife and hold farmers accountable for it instead of the current in-kind services BS....or use a hybrid of both 10% crop left/in-kind services programs

Over the last 60 years and back in the 50's I have lived near the banks of the river and have seen Herring numbers go up and down and they always recovered, what is different now that keeps the season closed. Bucksnbows
The article is specific to changes in the way we need to manage saltwater fish species, and on that, I totally agree and have been yelling it from the rooftop for decades. I welcome this change! MRMCR 1 https://www.troutscapes.com/ https://nativefishcoalition.org/national-board

I welcome this change! NMFS has been shown for decades their mis management of all the fisheries has caused serious collapse that was very preventable . only way it will change is if they do a clean sweep and start fresh with new people . ones that have been there refuse to acknowledge that they need to change their methods Bucksnbows 1 Captain Dan Bias REELMUSIC SPORTFISHING 50# Striper live release club. http://reelmusicsportfishing.blogspot.com/
