What is the best bear bait

I run 8-10 bear baits every year for some friends.  A Fall bait is tricky because you are dealing with the competition of natural foods.  Ive never found anything better than apple sweet feed which consists of corn, grains, dried molasses, and apple flavoring.  I may throw in a few sweets here and there to keep it a little different.  Too much sugar in a bait late fall usually leads to bears leaving baits for days or becoming inconsistent.  My baits now all have 4-8 bears on each and are around 24/7.  I bait 50# sweet feed twice a week on each bait.  Works every year consistently.  Just my $.02
