anyone ever have the ford caliper issue

One other steering issue that I've seen frequently on F150s is bad intermediate steering shafts. The u joint in the shaft binds up, also usually on one axis. When that happens though, the complaint is steering feel is tight, loose, tight, loose etc as you cycle the wheel from stop to stop.
