No a private guy. The guy pays him a salary to captain his boat and take him and his friends and clients fishing a few times a week  and take care of his boat year round.  The guy also holds a commercial license. My brother has to be ready to go at a moment's notice. This winter in the middle of the night the guy called and he said you need to be at airport at 4 am to pick up your tickets, he rented a huge boat for my brother to captain a couple days in Mexico I think. They have a private chef on call the whole 9. He is doing pretty darn good and loves his job. I think today is just a fun day where my brother took his friends out. I will get a call one day, lol
