meat, and potatoes you can't go wrong (meat cooked like it should be) When I am cooking meat and someone tells me they want it well done I tell them "you can ruin your own damn meat" and then I cook it like it should be.

Ah but todays man would chose sautéed Tofu with a non gas inducing vegetable so as not to add to climate disruption and naturally this would never be served on an environmentally scarring, waste producing paper plate.

I like the way you cut your meat to look like arrow heads,  my mom used to do that for me too.
