This is the response I received after canceling my scorecard account.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on our announcement.  We are logging all comments and are actively sharing those with the Dick's management team.
I will have your matter escalated to our specialist team who will be removing you from our scorecard program. They will make contact with you within the next 24 hours once you have been successfully been removed. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
