From what I was told, he was being investigated cause of threats he made on Facebook. I was told he was being monitored thru his live Facebook while hunting and I assume they used his cell phone location to find him.

 

He is claiming this won't stop him from hunting out of state, stupid doesn't understand lost of hunting privileges follow you from state to state

Well, it does NOW. Remember the Wildfly Violator's Compact we were talking about recently? NJ just joined it this month - effective 4 days ago. So he got caught 4 days too late - he's SOL going out of state now because his 2-year ban is going to follow him to every state in the country (except for like two states). Unless he wants to keep hunt illegally, which sounds like he doesn't mind at all.

I knew of this during the first segment of bear season apparently he got into arguments with the antihunting establishment then they followed him to his stand and reported him.
