There is one in Z5 on Paulinskill WMA. I once saw a dingbat releasing one along Parsons Road and called DFW. They told me these idiots have permission to release the cats there.

Just a few months ago, I watched a neighborhood cat disembowel a baby rabbit in the middle of my backyard.   Still, I tend to leave the cat alone, helps keep the mice, moles, and voles in check.

It's like anything else. Even collared cats. Don't tell me it's an "outside cat". If you let your animals run wild you risk them never coming home. Spot I hunted in two there was Aways a hound of some form all over the cameras and properties. Then one day while tracking we saw him chasing deer around. Control your animals.
