There is a Livestock Butcher near me that I Buy Whole Suckling pigs and Fowl. They do a bird in 8 Minutes Name the Farm Animal they have it from Goat to Steer. Stan Putz Posted April 21, 2017 Share Posted April 21, 2017 Spring birds I'll skin them out, save the breast meat and the legs, wings I keep to make trumpet calls if they aren't broken. Fall birds I'll cut the wings off, then pluck the rest of the bird. I never thought to bring them somewhere to get plucked, might be worth looking into. 1957Buck 1 Catch & release is for guys who don't know how to cook.
