Is mumbling something while facing the other way in another room and expects me to have heard her, or talks just low enough so I can't hear what she's complaining to me about as I'm walking away.

Widened the driveway another foot and a half right to the borderline because she kept driving off of it.  Now she has a muddy rut in the neighbors lawn.

Same thing with the mumbling. I tell her you may be talking, but you are not talking to me. Facing away talking.
