This is BHCs recipe and I made some recently. 
 

I found everything at Tractor Supply except the dicalcium phosphate…& finally found that at Davis Feed Mill just west of Elys meats in PA.

Everyone is different 

For me per area I mix the minerals in two, 2 gallon buckets and add one bucket of LUCKY BUCK per area,  in place of LUCKY BUCK use molasses, I used it twice it just attracted way to many bears and kept the deer away,  reason I switched to LUCKY BUCK. I put it out once per month, but you let the deer dictate how often to put out
