Just curious, is it possible to ball park a Buck age with shed antler. common sense would say the bigger the antler the bigger and  older the buck is.

You can guess but really hard with some sheds. I have seen and known some bucks that were older but never grew a big or heavy rack. And then also seen super good 2.5 year old have a really good rack that you would think it was from an older buck. Just real good genetics.

You can definitely get an idea of the age by the size of the base.
