I saw 2 bears so far. and a spike chasing a doe about 15 minutes ago. Starting to get Windy on top of the mountain.

Had a bald eagle circling me and saw 2 more deer take off from behind houses on my way out.  Too thick to see what they were.  All in all it was a good day.  Kept my hands clean.

My first hunt. I sent up a blind last night. Settled in and somehow a nice buck snuck by and seen me..but now I know I'm in the right spot. Public land and seeing tons of good sign..

Very quiet this morning. Just got the call my Vapor 460 is done at the shop.. Picking it up and going to run some bolts trough it then back out for the afternoon hunt. Putting the dinosaur Tenpoint turbo in backup mode.

The hole in the bush to the right in the second pic is a window in a blind I had first made.  Figured it was going to be too close to where they come through and I may not see them until they were on top of me so I moved.  He's going by a scrape where I shot another 8 about the same size 10 days ago.
