Shake and bake blackfish

Tracey made this recipe tonight from OTW magazine .

was Really good (sorry no pics )

with fresh made tarter sauce this dish is a winner when looking for something else to make with any thick whitefish fillets .

 

fish stayed super moist in the oven and the homemade shake and bake was really flavorful.

Mmm. That looks good. Interesting combo of ingredients.. Chili powder, Parm cheese, sugar and herbs ... Wonder if it'll be good with puffers.. would make thick white fish drumsticks with the crust.

That tartar sauce alone looks good. Gonna write that recipe down. "Scrumdiddlyumptious" lol
