Yes (statute screenshot attached) and I do concealed. Also have that statute ready in the “notes” app of my phone just in case I ever have to remind an LEO of that if my shirt rides up or something doing yard work as he drives by.

I was specifically referring to discharging a weapon to use deadly force against a violent intruder… I just don’t trust NJ judges, and I hope I never ever have to worry about a home invasion scenario.
