Sea Bass Lasagna

A Sunday family favorite and carb overload 😂 (seafood lasagna) 

My son is a bottom fishin machine. He crushes it on bait and jigs. Stays at the rail all day long without taking a break. Used some of his catch along with some crab meat and scallops for this recipe.
 

My wife and in-laws are from Kentucky and they turned me onto Kentucky Afield and their recipes. 
 

I follow Tim Farmers “Seafood lasagna redear roundup” recipe only tweaking it to our needs. Easily found by googling it and a video is also available.
