4-20 Prime Smoke 'em if you got em!

Dinner had to be special before it was all a blur on 4-21.

The last frozen 2 rib Prime went on at high noon at 275°.

The Hunt Chef beef rub/Cabelas, salt and pepper were applied to five sides.

There was a nice smoke ring and flavorful taste.

Krakus Hot Horseradish on the side!

The meat cooked for 8 hours to 200° and sat for one half hour.

Some call it smoking, some call it getting baked on

the Recteq 590.

Time for the munchies.
