BCsaw Posted April 21, 2022 Share Posted April 21, 2022 Dinner had to be special before it was all a blur on 4-21.The last frozen 2 rib Prime went on at high noon at 275°.The Hunt Chef beef rub/Cabelas, salt and pepper were applied to five sides.There was a nice smoke ring and flavorful taste. Krakus Hot Horseradish on the side!The meat cooked for 8 hours to 200° and sat for one half hour.Some call it smoking, some call it getting baked on the Recteq 590.Time for the munchies.Enjoy!
