I was always under the belief they were illegal in nj

Yury , I was in surplus city over in feasterville PA a few months back and they had a TON of them on the rack . Used police trade ins I believe they were . They had the evil ones with flash hiders but a few were regular ranch models I believe . It was a while ago but I just remember them having a bunch .
