That's probably not so bad free room and board,3 square meals a day,no taxes and men don't get headaches when its time for sex

Call the wardens.  If there is a photo of the dirt bag they will find him/her and charge them with theft.

I wish we could use one of those bank dye packs and booby trap a camera with one.  A unique color or something that screams trail cam thief.  Just the thought of it warms my heart.
