Advice on 2 person ladder stands

I was worried about that when I bought my Muddys but the squirrels haven’t touched them for some reason

It's all about the platform you really want a large platfom that goes all the way too the tree

x3 on the platform extending all the way to tree, especially if you are cold weather hunting with extra gear/packs, etc.  That extra space makes for a much more enjoyable hunt.  I purchased a 2-man from Dicks, their brand (Field Line?) that has provided good service over the last 5 years.  While I do utilize the plastic skirt, I did not bother with the roof attachment.  I just pack along my porta-roof-mangnum umbrella if rain is in the forecast.

Have 7 Ameristep two man ladders up now.  All year long, some for 12 years now.  Used them with all my kids.  In the summer I go in with camo spray paint and spray any rust spots and check the straps.  Watch for sales, they were down to 50 last year at Walmart.
