You just marginalized the amazing steak dinner I had at Morton's by the WTC tonight at a business dinner. I believe it's Nonsense when people put down big old deer. They are some of the best eating IMO, People are able to f#$k up a fawn WHEN not knowing how to cook. That looks really good too. I've used sharp provolone, blue cheese, cheddar, pepper jack but this Boursin Gournay garlic and herb might be the best fit yet. It was very good but my family actually liked the venison and butternut squash curry I made the other day better, so more of this is left for me.
