Really surprised about the comments from people not crazy about fluke.. it's one of my favorites. I pan saute' it with a blacked seasoning, than throw some homemade mango salsa on top. Comes out great.

I never had fluke come out bad - no matter how I cook it. Is black seabass better - yes. But fluke is awesome.

Robert e Lee great Pizzi and seafood would Dock and Dine tip dock boy, also best view from the Bar. one day watch a boat drive right over the sea wall only to hang up on top l on a Flood Tide and Hang there for a week till it broke up. shame it was never rebuilt.

With all the ways the posters are preparing the Fluke smothering it with ingredients.  how can you even tell what it is where Flounder be it Breaded or Broiled can stand on its own. with a twist of Lemon.
