My parents lost a Collie when I was teenager to cancer.

 

The best vet in the state for cancer treatment is Red Bank animal hospital. I put some medical equipment in for them. That place is like a real hospital but for animals. They actually has a linear accelerator that they use for animals. They are very pricey but might be worth a consolation. Good luck.
