Venison Maple Breakfast Patties

My first foray into this. I have made Venison bacon, lunch meat, ham, corned, and pastrami. 

Only 3 lbs because I was uncertain if I would like it. I tested a bit before packaging to see if seasonings needed to be adjusted. 

It was perfect! Delicious!

Note: I partially froze the patties before vacuum sealing, so they didn't get crushed.
