Fall Turkey Zone 21

I’ll be giving fall turkey hunting a shot in zone 21 next week.

Are there any preferred areas where you all have had any luck during fall?

I don’t do the fall hunt but look at Union lake WMA and Parvin state park. If you go to parvins find a park policeman and ask where is ok to hunt. There’s land that no hunters are allowed. I live very close to those places. Heard two shotgun blasts this morning.  Save some for me!

Remember, it's also small game season.

Several years ago when I did do some fall turkey, I had two guys walk right in front of my setup with orange on.... They ended up shooting when they were a couple hundred yards from me. Squirrel hunters I'm pretty sure.

This was pretty early. Like the early of turkeys off the roost time.
