Just got done. Ill post story and pictures tonight when I get home. As far as the butcher goes, there's no way I'd drive another 3 hours each way to pick up the meat. We're taking the hogs to George the butcher in Kearny.

I have deer and bear george did.OH his sausage!!!He vaccum seals it all,must warn ya though did you use him before?It can get mighty expensive,not knockin george just don't know your budget after the hunt.
