Killer instinct customer service!

2 weeks before I left for Ohio my limb cracked while I was hunting in NJ. It was the KI365 model which is 8-10 years old. It’s big and clunky but I love it.   No biggie. I have a bow and I purchased a brand new KI Fatal X.  In August. Used it one morning in Ohio while hunting from ground. And when I discharged it at the end of the day. The string snapped. I always upgrade my strings. This is the one time I didn’t. Made the call to KI fri morning. Received a new fatal x front end and limbs for my 365 this morning. Even though that model is discontinued. Great customer service.

Called? .....and they answered? Really? I had to go through email and social media to even get a reply to replace the butt pad on my KI crossbow. They finally, finally answered an email and told me they will ship out the part this week. We'll see.
