How are the gypsy moths by you?

We haven't had gypsy moth damage in our area in quite some time, but this year I am starting to see some damage.  There are spotty trees here and there on Sparta Mountain WMA that have been defoliated, but Green Pond Mountain is being hit pretty hard.  How is it by you?

I'll have to take a look at my Sparta property.  I was there the other day scouting for deer and marking some TSI cuts, but didn't notice any damage.  Then again, I wasn't looking for any either.

I haven't seen any specific damage, but at the Gap where I am working, they are crawling all over.

287 is the dividing line in oakland. Oakland is clear, Ringwood is getting hit but not as bad as last year.

I haven't noticed much damage this year where I have been looking.  Here's an article in a north Jersey paper that seems to agree:
