Can anyone suggest a reasonable lease rate per acre in Hunterdon Co.? I'm looking to make an offer on a 75 acre property. Thanks!

we pay $56.25ac for 80 ac. There is no "reasonable" price in NJ or NEPA

Whatever you pay for a lease in Nj you coild easily double it in the midwest. 

50 to 60 in Nj easy

Unless they're looking for offers, don't offer anything. Go talk to the land owner and ask to hunt, if he says no ask him what he would lease the land for.

If it’s the piece I’m thinking if he wants 1500 a guy, has like 10 guys, and won’t negotiate.
