Not that fast, I pulled 30lbs from the freezer she's skinned and hanging I'll quarter her as I run the smoker which I'm firing up in a few plus, get Bugs up on the hill to check her spot for next week.

Charcoal, apple and white oak I normally drink all day doing this I have to wait till tonight to start drinking so I hope this batch comes out good don't think I've ever done this sober lol

I'm southern Warren County I'm only 5 miles at most no matter which way I go. That means I'm close enough to normal people that know it's pork roll and my head isn't stuck in the smoke clouds of the people up north lol
