Ad wise, I need a screenshot so I can report it.  Doesn't sound like a normal ad. 

Here ya go. This one pops up and blocks my entire screen on my android. Happened several times in the last 10 min. Extremely annoying

Thanks for posting this here too.  That particular ad is probably twice the size of footer ads and should be looked at too by the ad company.  It's a sticky footer ad and taking a lot of real estate on mobile.  It appears to be a double ad actually. The Coca-Cola is on top of the normal footer ad.  You can X out of the Coca-Cola ad and still see the other footer ad with an X beneath it.
