Not far from home.

Third year taking our deer here to be butchered. This place is top notch! The owner is extremely friendly and the quality of meat is outstanding...My wife loves the pepperoni sticks so “outstanding” might be an understatement.

I don't see deer processing on their website. Anyone have a pic of cuts sheet?

I pass this place on my way to Cabela's.  I have never tried them for deer processing and I don't know anyone that has, but it is on your way.   https://dietrichsmeats.com/deerandwildgame.html

Thanks Bob.   Given how warm it was going to get today I butchered it myself first thing this morning.

I called Dietrich’s a few years ago and the prices were ridiculous for basic butchering.    It was a few years ago so don’t quote me on the exact numbers but if they skinned it, the price was well over $200.  They charged an extra $100 if you didn’t bring it in skinned already.
