Very cool .

another way to make that is using a crochet needle .

‘they come in all sizes and you just sharpen the off side end .

since they were made to pull yarn , they won’t nick fishing line

Don't use Grapes for bait but that hook is to big,  Been using the Needles and the Needle hook for years inshore and off

Lol. I was only using the grape to demonstrate the ability to go through it and return without tearing the inside of the grape apart.
